At this year’s NVIDIA GTC in San Jose, Phaidra launches its AI platform Phaidra Prism designed to accelerate data center operations and meet the demand of AI workloads. Gigawatt-scale factories require new methods for everything from design to operations, and Phaidra Prism delivers detailed visibility and advanced collaborative intelligence to AI factory operators so that they can maximize tokens per watt while limiting operational expenses.
Phaidra Prism is an AI assistant designed by data center experts for data center operators and technicians and is already integrated with NVIDIA DSX Exchange, which helps AI factories maximize output and token performance via a common data and control layer — unifying Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) within AI Factories. Prism users interact with equipment and their data through a customized LLM to understand operating conditions, conduct detailed analyses, and troubleshoot issues before they impact SLAs.
“Traditional methods of operating data centers no longer suffice,” said Phaidra CEO and Co-Founder Jim Gao. “Modern data centers are substantially larger and more complex, coinciding with a significant increase in the cost of downtime. That’s why Phaidra is building new technologies that put data center operations at the forefront. All this mission-critical infrastructure needs new tools to ensure safe and reliable operations, at scale.”
Through Phaidra Prism — the first AI assistant designed specifically for data centers — technicians use the AI’s advanced reasoning capabilities to uncover operational issues, prioritize fixes and ultimately troubleshoot to resolution.
With the tool’s conversational interface, users engage directly with their AI factory infrastructure instead of digging through fragmented documentation or manually combing through BMS data.
As a result, operations teams with Phaidra Prism achieve:
Greater reliability - identify and resolve issues before they cause problems.
Higher uptime - reduce the risk of catastrophic outages.
Increased productivity - troubleshoot complex issues in a fraction of the time with AI assistance.
Phaidra will be demonstrating the power of Phaidra Prism at GTC conference booth #95. Sign up for a time slot or just stop by.
